The Cacao Fusilli is made by with locally sourced semolina and cocoa from ‘All Things Chocolate’. Each batch of dough is carefully weighed, kneaded, extruded and hand cut through bronze dies that gives the pasta a rustic and porous texture that holds sauce beautifully. This Pasta is then air dried at low temperatures  over a course of 40-60 hours to preserve its nutritional integrity while giving you the perfect ‘bite’.


The end result is a delicious fusilli that adds colour to your plate and also surprises your palate! Pair it with an Alfredo sauce or Aglio e Olio  for a flavourful meal.
